This article contains suggestions that are universal for all our games.
If you are suffering from one of the following issues:
- You cannot create a room
- You are unable to enter social areas (e.g. Heroes' Hangout, Ozo Lounge, etc)
- You can play solo game modes but are unable to play multiplayer
Try the following:
- Restart your game
- Use a different network
- Make sure that you have updated to the most recent version of the game
Reinstall the game (be aware that this may delete settings and save files, so make sure to backup your files beforehand!)
