I can’t launch the game

The information in this article is universal for all our games.

For Steam Link issues:

Some of our games can have issues starting from Steam Link specifically.
If that is the case, please see this article for help instead.

If any of the following apply to your situation:

• Game crashes on startup
• Game does not launch correctly
• Game is stuck on the loading screen
• Game runs but has performance issues/is lagging

Try the following:

• Restart game
• Restart the platform app (Steam/Oculus)
• Temporarily disable antivirus (PC)
• Verify the integrity of the game files (Steam)
• Try turning the device on and off again
• Update your graphics card drivers
  • Integrated graphics card
  • External graphics card
• Verify that your device is charged/connected to a power source
• If it still does not work:
  • Reinstall the game (be aware that this may delete settings and save files, so make sure to backup your files beforehand!)
