My game has sound issues

The suggestions in this article are universal for all our games.

Sound issues can include:

• Cannot use voice chat
• Microphone not picking up audio
• Other players cannot hear you in-game
• Game does not detect microphone

You can try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Verify that you have not muted your mic in your platform (Oculus/Steam)
• Verify that you are not muted in-game
• Mute/unmute yourself through the in-game settings
• Restart the game
• Restart your device
• PC-specific:
• Enable/disable push-to-talk in your in-game settings
• Make sure that only the relevant microphones are enabled in your Windows settings
• If you have multiple microphones, go to the in-game settings and try switching to a different microphone, then back again
• If you have multiple physical inputs on your computer, try switching your microphone to a different input
