This article contains suggestions that are universal for all our games.
If you are suffering from one of the following issues:
- You cannot create a room
- You are unable to enter social areas (e.g. Heroes' Hangout, Ozo Lounge, etc)
- You can play solo game modes but are unable to play multiplayer
Try the following:
- Restart your game
- Use a different network
- Make sure that you have updated to the most recent version of the game
- Reinstall the game (be aware that this may delete settings and save files, so make sure to backup your files beforehand!)
If you are playing on a PC, please try temporarily disabling the antivirus.
